Credentials Required: For Illinois residents, a valid FOID card or Concealed Carry License.
Equipment Required: ON DAY 2 bring in your Properly maintained and owned firearm (pistol), or rentals are available.
The IL CCW course is designed for people who wish to obtain their Illinois concealed firearms permit. The course goes over basic handgun safety and range rules, proper firing techniques, Illinois laws pertaining to concealed carry and live-fire at the range.
Includes complete ISP training requirements including range qualification over this 2 day course.

WHEN DO YOU HAVE IL CCW CLASSES AT CALIBER GUN RANGE? EVERY OTHER WEEKENDS
We have a dedicated person that can help you apply online for your Illinois FOID Card application for a fee of $60.
This means our staff will work around you and be there from start to finish in this process, If you have a Illinois State Police Foid Portal Online please provide that information at your consultation or we can help you create one or gain access to an old one you may have.

Price: $85 including cleaning kit , $75 if you already have a cleaning kit (per person).

Intro/ Safety / Pistol Shooting
Perfect class for beginners, first-time shooters, or as a refresher course. The most important class you need to learn before buying , owning or shooting a gun.
Duration: 2 hrs
Price: $100 per person (rental gun and ammo not included)
Limited to 10 Spots
Expect to shoot at least 50 rounds.
Gun Skills and Drills
If you conceal and carry this class is a must for you.
- Draw and shoot from your holster
- Identify what causes stoppages and malfunctions as well as trouble shoot them.
- Tactical reloads (emergency, and administrative).
- Moving and Shooting
- Dry fire practice and live shooting.
If you perform with a passing score based on our instructor’s criteria you automatically get holster qualified (a $50 value). This qualification allows you to shoot in our Tactical Bay (C-Bay).
You need proper holster for your gun, at least 2 magazines, a magazine pouch, sturdy gun belt, eyes and ear protections, and at least 250 rounds of ammo. You may also want to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drink for break time.

Shot Diagnosis
Tired of shooting lower left or lower right? Great grouping, but not quite on target? This class will help you collect data and be able to diagnose the root of the problem and have a method to help you improve your marksmanship. Expect to shoot at least 150 rounds of ammo.

Speed, Precision, and Accuracy
Elevate your game, whether, you plan to compete or be more prepared for self defense. Bring 300 rounds of ammo.

Children will learn the basics of firearm safety in a classroom setting and will also have the opportunity to shoot a target on the range with .22 caliber pistols and rifles.
Kids and Teens from 8 to 16 years old can attend this class. One guardian must be present while your child is in class. We encourage you to join your kids in class.
Bring eye and ear protection if you have it, otherwise they are available at the range to rent.
